Mega Challenge 2015

Introduction to Mega Challenge
Mega Challenge (MC) is one of the creative endeavors introduced by the think-tank of Liaison Corporation with the support of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government. As evident from its name, MC is the platform for the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in particular and Pakistan in general, paved to facilitate the manifestation of their hidden competent skills and abilities. MC is a floor designed for the outstanding youth to compete and shine with pride along with the struggling ones to enhance, polish and rank their raw skills in the presence of national level experts and competitors.
So far, MC has been replicated thrice with its pilot event in 2013, 2015 and then in 2016, extending its horizon from provincial level to national level and increase in the scope of competition areas, and most probably will be replicated in the coming years due to its outstanding outcomes and popularity among the stakeholders.
Objectives of MC
Following are the objectives of this program:

  • To identify, assess and promote the hidden potentials of the youth as per the contemporary needs
  • To strengthen the unique and competent skills of the national youth by creating a learning and competitive environment enabling them to cultivate their career and success
  • To bridge a link between the youth and the concerned government/donor quarters for expressing their potentials, needs & problems
  • To pave the way for future youth programs through building coordination and lesson learning
